Article 2 30-day full refund
- Every payment (first payment, automatic renewal payment and credit pack purchase) is fully refunded if you request a refund within 30 days of the payment date, with no questions asked and regardless of usage. This includes yearly subscriptions.
- There is no limit on the number of refunds.
- When a payment is fully refunded, the subscription or credits bought with that payment end at the time of the refund.
Article 3 Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time from the billing settings.
- After you cancel, you are not charged from the next billing date, and you can keep using the Service until the end of the period already paid for.
- To get a refund, request it under Article 2 or Article 4. You can request cancellation and a refund together.
Article 4 Refunds after 30 days
- Yearly subscriptions canceled more than 30 days after the payment date are still refunded as follows.
- Refund = amount paid × (remaining days ÷ 365). Remaining days are counted from the date of the cancellation request, and amounts below one cent are rounded down.
- Example: You cancel a yearly Team plan of $490 after 100 days → 490 × 265 ÷ 365 = $355.75 refunded
- Credit packs (additional runs) are refunded pro rata for unused credits even more than 30 days after purchase. Example: you used 60 of the 200 runs in a $10 pack → $7 refunded.
Article 5 Refunds due to the Company
- If you cannot use the Service for 24 consecutive hours or more, or for a cumulative 72 hours or more in a month, due to the Company's fault, we refund the fees for the unavailable period or extend your subscription accordingly.
- If the Company discontinues the Service, we refund the remaining period's fees on a pro-rata daily basis. This also applies to monthly subscriptions.
Article 6 Refund method and timing
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method. If the payment cannot be canceled, we transfer the refund to an account designated by the Member.
- The Company issues the refund (requests payment cancellation) within 3 business days of receiving the request. Depending on the card issuer or payment provider, it may take a few more days to appear.
- Refunds for overseas payments are processed by Paddle. The terms of this policy apply equally to Members who paid through Paddle.

Addendum
- This Refund Policy takes effect on 2026-10-16.
- This revision extends the 30-day full refund from the first payment to every payment and removes the repeat-request limit, the shorter refund window for renewals, the no-refund rule for the remaining period of monthly subscriptions, the unused-credits condition for credit packs and the exclusion for termination due to a breach of the Terms, and refunds yearly subscriptions canceled after 30 days pro rata by the remaining days. It is favorable to Members, and no paid service had been sold at the time of the revision, so no payment is subject to the previous version.
